Since the original land grant of 1783, our family has enjoyed the pleasures of this portion of Nova Scotia. 1904 saw the first of 5 cottages on The Point. This was the only cash source for this small farming operation. Over the years hundreds of families have summered here enjoying the warm waters and sandy beaches of Melmerby.

We wish to share this experience by offering The Point for sale.

You can build your family tradition on The Point, approximately 10 acres of land where your most intimate neighbours are the odd Heron, a few Sandpipers and 2 K of sandy beach.

The Kings Head / Melmerby/Little Harbour area is a mix of fishing, farming and rural living: minutes from churches, fire station and retail stores - steps from your own beach. The Point boarders on Melmerby Beach Provincial Park and the Little Harbour waterway.
